Improvenza

Terms & Privacy

Plain language. Last updated June 2026.

Improvenza is a place strangers join, under no name, to build one thing together over a fixed cycle. These are the terms of that — and how we treat your data. No fine print games.

01The seat & the fee

Joining a cycle costs €39, paid once, per cycle — never a monthly subscription. The fee buys a seat at the table, not a service. It is what makes the vow real.

02Refunds — the only three outcomes

If you're in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal on purchases. By starting the cycle you ask us to begin the service immediately; the completion guarantee above sits on top of your statutory rights, never below them.

03Presence & removal

Membership is presence. You check in daily with a trace of real work. You get 4 grace days per cycle. Exceeding them, or revealing any identity, ends your membership for that cycle. Removal for breaking the identity rule carries no refund.

04What you build, you own together

The artifact your pod builds is owned by the pod, together. You will not claim the shared work as solely yours, or take it private without the pod. If a cycle's artifact ever earns, anyone who showed up and completed shares in it under the rules in force at the time — but no earnings are promised here. There are no wages and no guaranteed returns.

05Anonymity is real

Inside Improvenza you appear under an assigned pseudonym only. Your real identity is sealed from the workspace — other members never see it. We verify identity only where the law requires it (e.g. before any future payout), never inside the build.

06AI assists; humans decide

We use AI to help assess applications and confirm daily presence. The AI suggests; humans validate. No reward, removal, or final decision is made by AI alone. You can ask a human to review any decision that affects you.

07Your data & privacy (GDPR)

Who we are: Improvenza, Barcelona, Spain — contact improvenzastudio@gmail.com. We are the controller of your data.

What we collect: your email and city/timezone (waitlist), and your application answers (if you apply). Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Why, and on what basis: to run the waitlist, selection, and the cycle, and to contact you about them (performance of our agreement and your consent). We do not sell your data and we do not run a newsletter.

Who processes it for us: Tally (forms), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI assessment), and our email provider — each only to the extent needed to run the above.

How long: only as long as needed for the cycle and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights: access, correct, delete, object, and portability. Email us to exercise any of them. You may also complain to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD).

08Conduct

Treat your pod with respect. The pod's workspace is confidential — what's shared inside stays inside. Harassment, harm, or identity-fishing ends your membership immediately.
